Work profile is challenging but culture and values not up to the mark

Dynamic and versatile work profile. Get the opportunity to Multi-task and make mistakes and learn from them; get a chance to polish your skills, choose your method of working, work independently and in team. Ideas are always encouraged no matter however crap it may be. Discardedbideas are filed away for future. Chaotic, but adventurous too.
Cons
Work culture, in terms of values, ethics and morals, team harmony was lacking two years ago. Also there was a lot of struggle from the management and admin reg certain employee wellness matters. It may not be termed as an employee friendly management, but team mates look out for each other. A lot of negativity and people bias is encouraged and practiced here. Some members are least interested in work
