With a fun and inclusive company culture, a young, talented team, a 4 day work week, and a dedicated self-development day, you have the makings of an exceptional work environment. Moreover, senior management is transparent about all aspects of the business (projects, finances, processes & procedures, etc. ), which strengthens the element of trust in the company's values. Aside from the aforementioned benefits, the company offers regular team activities, a great office space, ample growth opportunities, among others.
Cons
This is an extremely fast-paced company, which may not be an ideal work environment for some, but others will thrive in it. Moreover, since the company is still a startup, it faces normal growing pains, which the team and senior management work together to resolve.
