      Pros

      Lots of opportunity that you wouldn’t necessarily have otherwise. Lots of new challenges

      Cons

      Lack of focus on long term employee ‘health’. No clear career path, bad pay when compared to market rates, very over worked, no overtime for FTEs, always stressed on the hot seat, lack of diversity in management (all Indian men).
