      Supporting each other is the culture in Cardno. The organization embraces changes and support its staff in getting through changes all the way. A good place to work at.

      More opportunities in career development will be a great addition to the already awesome team.

      International Development Division - Very Difficult and Unkind place to work

      My peers at my level and below are really good.

      Cons

      Working in the international division is very difficult. Staff keeps leaving because staff is treated terrible and it is allowed by the US ID President. When staff leaves it is impossible to hire quickly because of the poor industry reputation. People that are hired are near retirement age. They do not care. For happiness look to another organization to hire you.

      Cardno has some great long term loyal people. They extend a great deal of autonomy to people in their role and allow people to follow their passion. They have a variety of projects and flexible work conditions.

      Cons

      They are a collection of acquisitions so their corporate systems lack sophistication and development.
