Friendly co-workers, the work can be rewarding.

Cons

No time off during your first year, salary and benefits are not very competitive, leadership is out of touch with employees, little to no opportunity for advancement, employee perspective is not valued, employees are micro-managed.

Great leadership, constant motivation to improve and learn more. They truly believe what they say and stand by their words and actions. A lot of internal advancement opportunities as they arise; the ability to move within the company is available.
