      There used to be pros, but that was a long time ago when the business cared about their staff and not senior managers pay packets

      Cons

      Senior management, lead by Sweden and its foot soldiers are disgraceful. If you want a rewarding job and to feel valued DO NOT choose Careium.

      The role itself is straightforward once trained. Remote working is available.

      Cons

      Chronic understaffing leading to constant pressure. Annual leave regularly refused even when requested far in advance. Capacity issues used repeatedly without transparency or evidence. Poor communication from management and slow responses to concerns. High workload, rigid targets, and little flexibility. Staff wellbeing frequently mentioned but rarely reflected in practice.

      Terrible company, lie at interview stage about the job. When you actually start, youre doing a different role. Management dont care about staff.
