-Multiple stack technology -You can become really good at what you do, if you like -There is a flexible schedule, with two days of home office, when I left I was in danger of removing it, due to mismanagement and ignorance of the way of work of some representatives

-No growth -Executives are in all areas -There are no good recruitment filters, you can work with people with psychological problems and poor skills, which is likely that you work more -One of the decisions that were implemented was when they dictated the new values and that we would be more humanistic, which gave more value to being a good person instead of having good results, which gave confidence to many workers to became a burocratic environment -There are no well defined roles
