The people are friendly and the best at their jobs! Very flexible work hours and everyone wants to help you grow and learn. They value their employees and make sure that is communicated through company wide activities. Hybrid
Cons
Because it's a hybrid work environment, as a new person it can be hard to grow in relationship with colleagues since you only see them every once in a while. If you are intentional about scheduling meetings with people this won't be an issue.
