Pros
It is a firm that has been built on a lot of hard work by the founders and others that have been there so many years. Their culture is clear.....work hard, work fast, trust and be positive. It's a flexible work environment so if you are done with your work, hours are flexible. If you'd like to contribute in other areas, it is encouraged. If you have the skills that can be developed for greater responsibilities, there is support. They are very team oriented!
Cons
If you don't match the culture or cannot perform at a high level, they will work with you but not for very long. There is no hiding like you can at much larger companies.
