      Pros

      Excellent variety. Clients are great. Some of your colleagues are great.

      Cons

      People continually put on a facade. Money hungry. Complete lack of values, which are hounded on employees when they start. Some "longtime" employees get away with a lackadaisical nature and sub-par attitude. Longtime "valued" employees put in the bare minimum compared to other employees. Laziness is looked over for some employees while others are forced to work constantly with "micromanagement" Pay is deplorable compared to other search firms. Work for another search firm - do not work here. You will regret it.

      The culture itself is toxic and self serving. Money is the only focus there.
