Standard corporate culture; friendly junior employees.
Cons
The CEO should educate herself on boundaries. She asked to see my personal phone to show me a new feature. I felt uncomfortable but submitted to prevent friction. She then took a picture of me without asking. That really changed the dynamic for me afterwards.

Moderately fast paced, great junior and mid-level colleagues, good access to information, many opportunities for intellectual stimulation, high quality office
Cons
Siloed teams, opaque upper management and decision making processes, not meritocratic at all, poor resource allocation within the organization, unwillingness to diagnose problems or address past mistakes
