      Had a great time working for Centific

      Pros

      Very understanding HR. I was laid off by Microsoft and my H-1B was picked up. Centific struggled hard to place me in a different role, but alas they couldn't. However, they allowed me to use up my vacation days to extend my termination date, effectively cashing out. (They don't have cash-outs for left-over vacation days)

      Cons

      I got nothing. Really great client-services firm.
