Pros
Hybrid role. Good work-life balance (no overtime). Nice coworkers and on-site management for the San Antonio location. On-site leadership actually cared for their employees and development, however, higher-ups will always have the last word. Great place to gain experience and open your eyes to bad corporate culture. Had exposure to a few different projects.
Cons
Low paying jobs. They will try to work you into the ground, compensation isn't worth it. The company relies heavily on contractors, only 5 people converted to full‑time over 1 year. The executives are sexist (yes, even in 2026). I observed gender‑biased behavior from senior leaders, if you are a woman, they will not listen to you and talk down on you. Limited transparency from leadership. Constant overnight layoffs. They fire 50% of the people every quarter. You will always be scared of losing your job [no stability at all]. They are always talking about more opportunities for growth but it's ALL LIES. Senior management and higher-ups are horrible people, they don't care about you as a person, they only care about money. I wouldn’t recommend working here to someone seeking long‑term growth or job security.
