Overall enjoyed my time at Cequence but they did a large layoff right before the holidays with a one week severance. Shows you what the company thinks of its hard working staff.

Good Tech-Horrible Management

Work from home, and the ability to build out a territory

Cons

Micro-Management, and use of Excel and time consuming from a sales standpoint. They also don't understand how to sell their technology. They often get lost in talking tech mumbo jumbo; instead of the prospects actual business case. They have zero formal sales process.
