Pros

- Management encourage creativity from the very first day - The company is operated in many different time zones making for a very interesting dynamic - employees are given great equipment (phones, laptops and great workspace) - Managment are hard workers and also help motivate there staff by leading and mentoring - I am constantly prompted by HR for feedback on there induction and they are constantly checking to make sure i am fitting in well - the culture of the company is helpful, positive and motivated.

Cons

I have no critique for the company, more so the industry. Aviation is a very volatile market. there are too many parameters out of your control which makes the role abit challenging.
