Enjoyed my position, did not enjoy the company

I never felt fully trusted by my manage They play favorites, if you don't do everything by the books and the way they want everything to be done, don't expect any opportunities for growth They will test your loyalty to the company constantly and leaving for another job is seen as the ultimate sin. They are nosey about why you're leaving and where you're going. They don't understand that people want the opportunity for growth and even when new opportunities are promised to you, they rarely follow through. Management is not on site with you and they claim to always be available however, they would take days to answer my emails and would only occasionally answer phone calls or call back. Horrible benefits, hardly any PTO and when I requested vacation, it would get denied or they would make me change my vacations to accommodate their needs. If I called out sick, management would make me feel bad about it. The company was all about making money and not ensuring their employees were happy to keep them around. This place is a revolving door, many people leave after just a few months. Most people make it just over a year before leaving.

We are sorry to hear your employment with us was not a positive experience but we do appreciate your feedback. We work hard to create a culture where employees feel trusted and appreciated. As with any company, policies and procedures have to be in place and employees are expected to adhere to them. There are very few vacation requests that we have to deny but due to the nature of our organization, we do have to provide coverage during employee absences. We do our best to accommodate all requests and are working on a new system to make coverage easier. We understand that this position is not for everyone but are proud to have many employees, past and present, who have succeed and grown with the company.

Way too much downtime. Feels like trying to take off or leave early is impossible. Very little room for advancement

The only pro I have while working for CCC was that I made some good friends and learned that what you were hired to do on paper is not at all what you will actually be doing in the position.

Cons

If I could give no stars, I would. Do NOT let the positive reviews fool you. The management is awful. They are never available when you need them and never willing to help you in tough situations. When you offer advise to improve certain tasks and makes everyone's lives a bit easier (and eliminate repetitiveness), you are belittled and made to feel like your opinions don't matter. There is no open communication whatsoever (no matter what they tell you). The benefits are even more horrible. I am still paying off medical bills from 5 months ago. Company and managers definitely have their favorite employees and it is known to everyone. If you are not a robot and actually have a backbone to stand up for yourself, beware. All in all, I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.
