      Terrible Management

      Interesting Sector, Interesting clients, Some passionate individual contributors

      Cons

      Terrible upper management and basically no possibility for career progression. All of the senior level executives have been there since the beginning (a feat of opportunity, not because they are good at their jobs). Really high turnover.

      Pros

      Prior to management changes, the people worked as a team together to get all work achieved in a safe, but efficient manner.

      Cons

      Management changes have left this company with dedicated, long-term employees jumping ship due the new forms of management. Training, entry level engineers are strictly typed on an old, out-dated aircraft to gain a basis of experience on releasing aircraft

      Its a very toxic place. Disrespectful and awful mechanics and management. Hard workd doesn't get appropriated.
