      Wonderful company gone too agile

      Pros

      Great company, with great people. Cool software, very interesting market. A great place to come to and learn for up to 5 year. Relaxed atmosphere, beautiful location.

      Cons

      Processes are held above people. Your value is not measured by your contribution but by how well you follow processes. Key people are allowed to leave and management does not seem to care. Very flat management structure, no career path.

      Pros

      Lot of unique products, especially at the toolkits section. Involvement in what and how to develop.

      Cons

      Management is awful with lack of management skills and knowledge about the company. Constant change of focus. Best people are leaving the company. Financial and cultural decline.

      A place for interesting things to create

      Pros

      The company builds tools for scientists so not the usual job you can find on every corner. They are very good in this domain. As a software developer I could find a lot of interesting "puzzles" to solve ranging from algorithmic challenges, to learn the latest technologies. Open culture, nice and gifted collagues, inspirating environment.

      Cons

      The company is evolving from a start-up size to a mid-size IT company. This transition sometimes produces more friction than it shoud. The HQ is also far from the city center.
