Pros
The company builds tools for scientists so not the usual job you can find on every corner. They are very good in this domain. As a software developer I could find a lot of interesting "puzzles" to solve ranging from algorithmic challenges, to learn the latest technologies. Open culture, nice and gifted collagues, inspirating environment.
Cons
The company is evolving from a start-up size to a mid-size IT company. This transition sometimes produces more friction than it shoud. The HQ is also far from the city center.
