Pros
Salary and benefits really were primo. Additionally, having the brand CHIEF on my resume also carried credibility and power for more opportunities to open up for me
Cons
At the time I was there, teams were being dismantled and rearranged almost quarterly. It's not a hard 'con' but some people didn't like having to start new with a team. I didn't mind it much. The biggest con was being laid off before I felt like I had really contributed large impact.
