Pros

Focused team that really want to make a difference in the lives & wallets of consumers. Owners are nice people who usually have employees in mind.

Cons

If you have to hear one more story about her fancy house in Healdsburg you will consider suing her for mental cruelty and nauseating arrogance.

Thank you for your feedback; it bums me out and I’m sorry you’ve walked away with this impression. Building a company where the team is excited about the work they’re doing, feels supported, and sees how the work they’re doing is driving big change is important to me and where we’ll continue to focus. Spending the last year on replatforming the entire site has been a drain for the team. Hindsight’s 20-20 on how we could have done things differently. That said, with a strong platform to build on and a fantastic team, I’m excited about the changes we can make with what’s in front of us. -- Kerry

Pros

There are many hardworking, smart people who believe in the idea.

Cons

People who take initiative to get things done on their own are punished. Some of the more powerful executives lack integrity and candor. The executive staff is fundamentally divided on what the company's mission and values are. Instead of working through these differences collaboratively there has been infighting and bad politics among the execs. As a result many of the executives display lack of trust in each other. The CEO is passionless and lacks critical domain knowledge. I do not view her as an authority on either the energy industry, or running a software company.

Thank you for your feedback; it's frustrating you've walked away feeling this way. I'm proud of what we have collectively accomplished and bummed that gratitude isn't clear. We have a bright future and a great team to go after it. It takes us all working together and aligned to make that happen and I’m committed to making that happen. --Kerry

Absolutely Awful

Pros

Virtually none. It used to be the people, but all the good ones have either been fired or quit. I am looking forward to leaving as soon as I can to get my career back on track.

Cons

Too many to count. Incompetent leaders that are driving the business into the ground. All of our executives and managers have an inflated sense of importance and intelligence. The people least qualified to be making decisions have created a power structure that ensures they are the only ones able to make decisions. Things constantly break and fail because imbeciles are in charge. We are infested with dumb, disrespectful and oblivious leaders.
