Low pay, high stress, no tips, pure anxiety. Bar manager from London was completely nuts. This is a job for people to look to learn how to bartend on very little compensation, not for experienced bartenders.

Terrible management - too many chiefs not enough Indians Management doesn't know how to talk to staff, and there is a lot of poor communication going on. The owner seems like a good guy, however he's hired a lot of stupid managers who don't know how to do their job. Unfortunate he is wasting so much money on mediocre management , since this place has had enough struggles just trying to open. Restaurant is still new so tips aren't consistent. Might be a good place to work in 5 years from now...... Also poor design on the outside of the restaurant, you can never tell if it's open or closed from the outside or if its busy.
