      long -hours above 40 hours a week

      Cons

      Owner Mark took it upon himself to public humiliate me and tell me to get my stuff and go home, he then got into my personal space so I agreed and left. from this, I have left the business.

      Pros

      - Great for super fast career progression - Amazing entrepreneurial spirit - Not many cons if you're a favourite

      Cons

      - Long working hours - CEO himself turned back on his own word multiple times even on email. - Favouritism is an issue; you don't want to be on the "bad side" of management - People care more about personal gain than client performance

      You’ll Be Sold a Dream, Don’t Be Fooled.

      Pros

      - Occasional night’s out but that’s about it.

      Cons

      - You’ll find yourself working way above 50 hours per week. - If you’re not seen as one of the special ones, you’ll be left in the dark. Management have a select handful who they openly value and will make that clear to the company. - Management encourage show-boating amongst the company, making others feel out of their depth. - Extremely stressful and high pressured environment.
