Pros

MY EXPERIENCE WORKING AT CLOVERLEAF-CARE. I am from the Philippines and I’ve started working in Cloverleaf Care recently. My experience working remotely at Cloverleaf Care as an Operations Coordinator for the past two months has been both rewarding and professionally enriching.Despite being relatively new, I quickly noticed how well-structured the company’s processes are, specially in operations and client coordination. The remote setup is efficiently designed, with clear communication channels and reliable tools that make my daily tasks organized and manageable. One of the things I appreciate the most is the level of support I receive from my team and managers. From day one, they provided proper onboarding, clear expectations, and step-by-step guidance, and training videos that I need to watch to help me become confident in my responsibilities.Whenever I have questions or need clarification, the team is responsive and patient, which makes the learning experience smoother. In my role,I handle various operational tasks such as coordinating caregiver-client assignments, monitoring updates, recruitment and ensuring that key information flows accurately between teams. These tasks have significantly improved my attention detail, problem solving abilities, and time management skills.I also value how the company encourages accountability while still providing the flexibility to manage my workload effectively. Another aspect I truly appreciate is the company culture.Even in a remote environment, everyone is professional, respectful and you really feel the teamwork even in a remote setup. It’s rare to find a workplace where you feel valued and guided, and Cloverleaf Care definitely stands out in that area. This motivates me to perform my best and continue growing within the company. Overall,I’m really happy with my experience here at Cloverleaf Care - it has been a positive and educational experience.I feel that I am continuously improving, gaining new skills, and becoming more familiar with the Operations side of the business.I look forward to expanding my responsibilities and contributing more to the team as I progress in this role.

Pros

You can add "Worked for a US company" to your resume.

Cons

1. The pay is extremely low for Nigeria, even for entry-level graduates. It felt like the owners checked Google for salary ranges and assumed it was accurate. 2. You are required to be on camera for 9 hours daily, and this is not mentioned during the interview. You are also required to share your screen the entire 9 hours. 3. From the very first day, it was clear accepting the offer was a mistake. I spent nearly three times my salary on fuel alone. 4. I still haven’t received my final paycheck, and my emails and messages about this have been completely ignored. 5. The workload was overwhelming. Though hired as a customer support agent, I was also made to handle office assistant tasks and HR duties. 6. After the first month, they made it mandatory to work 4 hours on Saturdays. However, during the interview, they made it seem like coming in on Saturdays would only be necessary to finish up tasks left over from Friday. 7. They are not transparent about their payment schedule. I worked for an entire month before finding out (only after I asked about my salary) that they pay in the second week of the following month. How do you forget to mention this during the hiring process? 8. Micromanagement is excessive. They tell you exactly how much time to spend on each task daily, like 2 hours and 30 minutes calling 100 candidates. Like, how???

Pros

They hired me immediately. Now that I think about it, it should have been a red flag.

Cons

- They did not reimburse the $70 they promised me for HCA registration, even after meeting their requirements - They would use any excuse to push back the payment date - Lied to me about the available shifts (the shifts were only available for the first few days) and made me quit my job - They did not pay me for the complete hours I worked, and won't explain why - They keep sending me spam messages
