Stable and secure job with mature long-term WFH culture I've had the pleasure of working as a full-time remote WFH employee at Cloverleaf Care as a Services Coordinator, for some time now where I’ve been involved in a range of responsibilities, from client-staff shift management, interviewing caregivers to HR assistance. This role has been both dynamic and fulfilling, allowing me to gain experience in multiple facets of the business. I first joined Cloverleaf Care in 2022 as a Staffing Coordinator, and during my time here, I gained valuable skills and professional growth. Unfortunately, in 2023, I had to step away from my role when my husband, who is in a transferable job, was posted to a remote location where we had no access to high-speed internet. Despite this challenge, I remained hopeful that I could return to the workplace once my situation changed. Recently, after relocating, I reached out to Cloverleaf Care again. The trust and flexibility I experienced during this transition have been nothing short of amazing.
