Pros

The reviews posted here are from real people, but they are required by and vetted by the owner. It is something he requests of new employees during work hours. This is not optional- he will ask multiple times until it is completed. The employee drafts a review, the owner checks to ensure it is to his liking, and the employee posts it ONLY after approval. These are not honest reviews. They are under the scrutinous eye of management.

Cons

The real review? I’ve never been so micromanaged in my entire life. It was suffocating. I had zero autonomy. I am a college-educated person with much experience, and I was treated like a teenager fresh from a fast-food restaurant. Steer clear.

Pros

You can add "Worked for a US company" to your resume.

Cons

1. The pay is extremely low for Nigeria, even for entry-level graduates. It felt like the owners checked Google for salary ranges and assumed it was accurate. 2. You are required to be on camera for 9 hours daily, and this is not mentioned during the interview. You are also required to share your screen the entire 9 hours. 3. From the very first day, it was clear accepting the offer was a mistake. I spent nearly three times my salary on fuel alone. 4. I still haven’t received my final paycheck, and my emails and messages about this have been completely ignored. 5. The workload was overwhelming. Though hired as a customer support agent, I was also made to handle office assistant tasks and HR duties. 6. After the first month, they made it mandatory to work 4 hours on Saturdays. However, during the interview, they made it seem like coming in on Saturdays would only be necessary to finish up tasks left over from Friday. 7. They are not transparent about their payment schedule. I worked for an entire month before finding out (only after I asked about my salary) that they pay in the second week of the following month. How do you forget to mention this during the hiring process? 8. Micromanagement is excessive. They tell you exactly how much time to spend on each task daily, like 2 hours and 30 minutes calling 100 candidates. Like, how???
