The turnover rate at Cocoon House in housing is high for a reason. There is no formal training for more advanced positions. Coworkers will never give you the benefit of the doubt or communicate effectively. Coworkers may actively work to put you down in the workplace if they do not like you. Management implements serious consequences for little-to-no reason, without warning, if you are disliked in the workplace. Employees are often encouraged to work 24+ hours consecutively.

Corrupt leadership, the mission of breaking the cycle of homelessness no longer is of value, it's just something said to donors and media. Adding trauma to youth, taking donations and funding for youth and programs and not spending it in the way intended. All programs and decisions go through one person, not even the CEO has a say.
