Pros

The youth, staff, pto, parking

Cons

Corrupt leadership, the mission of breaking the cycle of homelessness no longer is of value, it's just something said to donors and media. Adding trauma to youth, taking donations and funding for youth and programs and not spending it in the way intended. All programs and decisions go through one person, not even the CEO has a say. Staff planning to unionize or walk. Don't apply if you need money

Pros

This is by and far the best employer I have ever had (and I've had a lot). This company puts your work-life balance at the forefront and is so welcoming to people from all walks of life. I work with amazing co-workers who are supportive, collaborative, and considerate of work-boundaries. All Staff meetings keep all employees on the same page and provide valuable training opportunities to stay trauma-informed and supportive of growth and inclusion. SO many pros.

Cons

The only con is the pay, and even that is arguable when you look at the immense pros. This organization does the BEST it can to supply employees with competitive pay while ensuring as much funding as possible goes toward the programs that help homeless and at-risk youth.
