Pros

Winning lots of work nationally, relatively easy to get a role with - however be aware of easy things in life they usually are red flags to underlying issues

Cons

No clear structure amongst divisional leads, very much an ‘old school’ boys club where fitting in and performing Is paramount. Negative culture of borderline bullying & harassment (borderline racial & sexual) are tolerated and supported by managers who either are subject examples themselves or partake in the ‘just a joke’. No vision across the board of roles to develop anyone that isn’t a graduate safety engineer from Swinburne university. Seemingly a great place if you are an aspiring young female engineer. Just be careful of the conversations behind backs.
