Interstate work opportunities very flexible work schedules Allows trade unions to operate without interference

Cons

Almost no communication form management about issues raised by employees. If there is communication it’s too much verbal communication and not enough paper communication. Some of the buses are in really bad shape and don’t have air conditioning.
