- Working from home has been fully removed, apparently because we are more ‘productive’ but it’s just another excuse to get more control over their staff and micromanage them even more. Even if you ask to hybrid work for genuine health reasons it’s completely disregarded and they don’t care.
- Micromanagement to the extreme, you will have managers breathing down your neck day in day out
- targets are totally unrealistic, if you don’t hit target they don’t listen to why the will just blame you and are only interested in numbers.
- the workplace is such a toxic environment and management are nodding ‘yes people’ that will put ceo approval and recognition over their teams well-being
- No care for your well being and no work life balance
- High staff turnover, it’s like a revolving door, there are very few staff that have been with the company long term. It’s been this way for years and they can’t seem to understand why? If they listened to their staff perhaps they would realise why people are so unhappy there.
- Fees we charge are embarrassingly expensive
If you are a yes person that will follow every unrealistic demand then this is the job for you, however they will chew you up and spit you out with no care at all
