Pros

Control over day to day tasks, good relationships with coworkers, good benefits: vacation, sick, and personal time.

Cons

High stress, low wages and no raises for anyone in the company this year, every time someone quits or is fired the work is doled out to the already overworked staff, high turnover, old systems that crash continuously, management can't prioritize, no room for growth in the company

Pros

Benefits are great (time off, insurance package); when management is happy times are fun at the office.

Cons

1 supervisor for the entire company (not sure, maybe 20 people work there), lack of vision for future and too many changes without letting employees have an opinion.

Pros

Your coworkers are awesome! Seriously, great people.

Cons

There is no upward mobility and you have to start off part-time and then prove that you deserve full-time. Even if you have years of experience you have to work to prove that you can work more. There are no raises and the benefits are really bad. PTO for staff gets cut every single year but the management spends weeks away on vacation. Also, everyone keeps having more and more work piled on them as people quit but you never receive compensation.

This review is filled with inaccuracies. Each employee does not have to start part-time and "prove that you deserve full-time". Part-time employees are hired if the position does not require 40 hours per week to complete the tasks. Another misconception is that travelling to the conferences (that CGRN hosts and runs) involves vacation. PTO has not been cut in the past two years. Benefits have also not been cut in the last two years, and all employees are offered health insurance, dental, vision, LTD, and 401K.
