Company is very unorganized. No paid time off or paid vacation until two years, holidays are also unpaid. Horrible management and poor pay for the amount of work you are asked to do.

No sick pay, no paid holidays, extremely low compensation, limited opportunities for career advancement, high turnover, no regard for employee's mental health and an extremely cliquey management culture are just a few in a long list of cons. A major con includes the non-inclusive environment at Community Empowerment Resources, for example, the company's internal response/memo regarding George Floyd's murder was laughable at best and extremely offensive at worst.
