Few ideas make it across the finish line as it causes organizational confusion. Fitness facilities are lacking any inspiration. Expectations of constant overtime and no work/life balance and burnout is real. No one checks in on overworked employees.

This environment has unfortunately encouraged people to undermine each other to gain favour with management.
