Pros

I did not see any positives to working here. I desperately needed a job.

Cons

Management guilt trips employees into working extensive hours when they are lacking coverage (which is usually). Less than 10 seconds are provided to recover in between inbound calls. Only allowed to be away from phone for two, 10 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch. Bathroom breaks are heavily monitored and if you take to much time in the restroom you are required to provide a doctors note or they will threaten termination. Extremely strict. Management plays favorites with employees who micromanage their coworkers. Extremely toxic work environment.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about our work environment. We strive to provide a positive workplace culture and take your input seriously. We never want our employees to feel overworked, and it's for that reason that we DO give more than 10 seconds of time between calls. Although some of the information in your review is false we hope you've found a work environment that is more suitable for you and wish you the best. Thank you!

Pros

Plenty of hours available to work

Cons

Treated like a child/inmate, far too many rules, upper management is cliquey and doesn’t bother getting to know employees. Overall miserable environment.

Pros

okay pay, two 15 minute breaks, lunch, and benefits

Cons

Clients patients talk to you like you are stupid, “training” isn’t really helpful when they throw you on the floor after 3 days, so if this your first call center I would not advise it, forced to schedule no matter what. I got in trouble for not scheduling someone despite them verbally telling me they are going to the ER because the office didn’t have a open appointment until 3 days later. Owners don’t care about workers personal life, don’t ever have a personal issue, or you will never live it down.
