Everyone was friendly, the dishwashers don't get looked down upon and are instead treated with a decent level of respect. Meals are also provided for kitchen staff. Entry-level job with opportunity to learn and advance to other kitchen positions.
Cons
The workload of a dishwasher varies per event, so some nights will be very slow and other nights you will be absolutely buried in dishes.
Bad management, a gossipy environment, things were ran poorly and some staff that had been there for years I found lazy. Ended up getting laid off for ridiculous reasons and with no notice.
