Pros

Colleagues are very friendly Most admin staff are nice and helpful Simple hiring process, they'll hire anyone

Cons

Community based work, so lots of time spent on the road, clinicians can get lonely and burnt out from driving Peer shadowing and face to face supervision is low due to the nature of the work, most supervision is done online, this results in low clinical support Management and supervisors only care for KPIs, even if it means taking on a caseload that is not desired, too complex to handle or too far for the clinician Billable administrative work feels like more of a cash grab and a waste of resources at times Job performance is based on the money you bring to the company, not your clinical skills High turnover of staff and management don't seem to want to do anything about it. They'll much prefer to hire new graduates and work them into the ground and repeat the process

Pros

There are a few different ways to get support and there's generally someone available on Teams to answer questions

Cons

Very little control over your caseload and you'll be given lots of complex clients and very hard to manage your time and reach KPIs.

Pros

- Competitive salary - Friendly staff - Clinic / office space - Connected teams across multiple states - Supportive leadership team - Career development opportunities - Work devices provided - Self-managed schedule

Cons

Naturally, as community therapists, we spend a lot of time on the road and out in the community. Therefore, fewer opportunities to meet colleagues face-to-face. However, there are frequent social gatherings throughout the year for team bonding.
