DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

I do not have a single positive thing to say about the company. Non-management employees were nice people.

Cons

Under no circumstances should you accept a role here. The benefits are terrible and do not start for 90 days, they do not provide ANY training, and they were not truthful with me once during my entire tenure. Within the first month, they changed my role to something unrelated to the offer I accepted without telling me. The "CEO" requires everybody in the office daily except for himself, who works from home. He made another employee cry and did not treat anybody with respect. I heard stories about 30 different employees starting and leaving within the previous 3 years. The company is 10 people. An employee was fired for suggesting a formatting change. RUN AWAY.

Pros

The air in the office is purified.

Cons

As a former employee, I must say that my experience at this company was far from positive. The management style was riddled with micromanagement, which created a suffocating work environment and stifled creativity. High employee turnover was a clear indication that something was amiss within the company culture. The real issue, however, was the emotionally unstable boss. Their mood swings and irrational decisions made it difficult for employees to trust or respect their authority. This unpredictable behavior caused a significant amount of stress and anxiety amongst the team, which ultimately led to a toxic work environment. Moreover, the business owner would consistently promise higher compensation as an incentive to keep employees motivated and loyal. However, these promises were often nothing more than a carrot dangled in front of us, with the owner having no intention of following through. This dishonest tactic was a significant contributor to the high employee turnover rate, as employees felt undervalued and deceived by the company's leadership.
