Pros

Very flexible work hours. They helped me a lot through UNI. I would recommend them to anyone

Cons

If only there was cut fruit for us to eat every day instead of Monday and Thursday

Toxic leadership

Pros

Good flexibility, sick leave policy, great team members.

Cons

Management, particularly in IT, has gone downhill after the 2 restructures in 8 months. IT leadership have removed anyone who would voice concerns, and have left a bunch of yes men. CEO has zero empathy or sympathy for the general public, a true business man who only cares about returns.

Pros

There is nothing that I can think of.

Cons

Decision making and communication could improve, not having the right people in the room when decisions that make impacts down the line is critical. - The so called employee discount is not a discount, as they call the staff power plan 'published' rate. Even though they state 35% off power, in reality its likely 5-10%
