Pros

Travel the world, meet (some) cool people

Cons

Horrible treatment, no support, stressed environment. Once you make it through the ridiculous training which includes no sleep, unsafe practices, yelling and even being spat on, you get to become a Tour Manager. But don't worry, they'll still treat you badly and proper sleep will feel like a distant memory.

Pros

Great career opportunities, great team culture, great leadership from the top (Dave Hosking, Casper Urhammer and Katrina Barry) all the way down, great events and the most fun in a job I have ever had

Cons

Pay is well below average even for the travel industry
