      Pros

      Solid company with good leadership. The company was going through a lot of changes and integration of businesses and geographies. All the activities were to make it a stronger single company vs. a lot of smaller businesses.

      Cons

      Many of the employees from different businesses in the company did not embrace the change, desiring to keep status quo. The made the integration and moving forward more difficult.

      It was a good company until it's name changed under new leadership that it is no longer there.

      Cons

      Benefits were good. Sold many divisions and job security is questionable.
