      Underpaid, over worked, under valued!

      Pros

      Retention was great, lax dress code, chill management and staff. Will hire anyone off the street (literally)

      Cons

      Paychecks sucked…you make more money part time…which makes no sense. Pays each location different Lack of organization through the whole company. Owners are full of open ended promises Lack of accountability(owners) Lack of integrity (owners) Terrible marketing They take money out of your check for anything they can think of then tell you to refer to their “business model” Under staffed Will hire literally anyone..

      Pros

      Once you build up the clientele the money can be good, but don't plan on keeping any of them

      Cons

      Hostile work environment, if there is a toxic employee there will be no punishment as long as they make them a good amount of money. They will deduct your pay and or keep your pay if you make them mad when you try to leave. Will change your schedule without talking to you. Managers are just there to do dirty work. All decision are made by owners who could careless about their employees. They are just money hungry and care about themselves.
