This organization has no technical vision or leadership, and is actively hostile against any attempts to improve engineering or adopt modern practices. It is rife with toxic corporate culture and politics, most people are just out to gain favour and will do whatever they want and insist that they get praised even if it is complete garbage and then complain if you don't say how great the garbage is because you are being negative. They actively are trying to eliminate all traces of modern cross functional teams and return to a situation where contractors develop something and dump it on the "line" developers where it will bit rot and die. Really just the worst people in the world. You can do better than this place.
