Management is rarely in the office; they don't respond right away or never. It's all about favoritism; the management and their family as employees have done many shady things while running this business hotel. It's a franchise hotel; the family will always do whatever they want, and if they don't like you, they're going to backstab you until you quit. I've seen many former employees come and go; even the newly hired employees never came back after the first day. Staff are underpay compare to some hotels.

You had to fight to get a raise and consistently bug them, they fill you with promises and string you along, you are never appreciated and you could work 50 hr weeks and told you didn’t work hard. Full of drama And nothing is done about it. Favoritism
