Bullying and bad morale from top to bottom. They break you down, take away your self esteem and confidence. The are smiling assassins. Its toxic all over their sites. The support and reward bad behaviour. Worst I have experienced.

Pros
The brand and the story of the company has so much potential. You will get promoted if you comply to an authoritarian, pro-bullying culture and submit yourself to a questionable leadership.
Cons
If their culture continues and their management team remains, they will continue to lose good people. The company could be great, but unfortunately anyone with integrity and professionalism reads the room quickly and leaves and then those that remain are of questionable integrity themselves or feel pressured to bully, cover themselves and perpetuate a terrible work environment because the cannot be employed anywhere else.
