Pros

Learn how Credit works that you can use personally. Nothing else.

Cons

Everything about this Company is shady from training day 1 (which is not paid but they don't tell you in the interview unless you ask). - You have to pay them $20 for a training manual. This should be an obvious red flag. - They tell you you don't have to worry about making the sales target for the first two weeks but fire you after the first week even if you make sales. - Sales are luck based because you dial 100's of calls and may not talk to anyone whereas the employee beside you made a sale in the first 30 minutes of the day. - The CEO of the company sends out extremely harassing emails to everyone in some sadistic way of "motivating" them and really destroys the environment of the workplace. - They fire you over the phone and when you try and ask why because you are blindsided, they just say "thanks, bye" and hang up. Extremely unprofessional Supervisors that are cliquey really cold to you when aren't making sales instead of being encouraging. - Misleading by saying there are Cash Draws at the end of the month for employees with the most sales but because the CEO isn't happy with the employees he cancels it at the end of the month. This might all seem extreme but it is 100% honest and accurate, other reviews will support this. Do NOT work for this company unless you want zero job security and daily vulgar, harassing emails from the CEO that clearly states he does not care about you unless you are top sales.

Pros

There's a mcdonalds and a subway near the offices of Credit Slab/Canada Credit (or whatever name they choose to be next month)

Cons

Do yourself a favor and look for another job, you'll regret joining the company within the first couple of days. Want to recieve passive agressive emails from management and the owner every morning? Want to question your moral integrity every morning? If you plan on *expletive* your way up then this is the company for you.

Pros

Wish I could think of some...

Cons

All young people with not much life experience. They have a "script" they want you to follow, but they tell you not to talk like you have a script. They mislead you into thinking you are hired, but, in fact, charge you $20 for a manual (Credit 101), then get you to spend 2 days of your time, before deciding whether or not to hire you. They are very evasive, which speaks volumes about the business as a whole. They leave out important details to the customer as well (read customer reviews) so they can get the sale. They are a cliquey bunch of young guys that hang out together with their groovy haircuts, and hire their friends, but they don't have much integrity at all. Feels like a "fly by night" type business. A dark, dreary place.
