Unfortunately, a toxic and terrible place to work. Not only shady to their employees, but parasocial and unprofessional to their clients. No system in place for support and does not take employee concerns seriously. Routinely lying to staff, clients, influencers and partners. Pays influencers really low and asks them for free posts when something they told them to do doesn’t perform well. Internally a nightmare and externally even worse. Last but not least, upper management is always disrespectful to their staff, undermining them, forcing more work for less pay, making overtime work with no overtime pay, and contributing to fake corporate quotas that the company would never hit, just to exploit entry level employees to make them feel small. Strange scare tactic.
