Connect with creatives (entry and mid level employees) that are okay at their jobs, would be better with stronger support.

Unfortunately, a toxic and terrible place to work. Not only shady to their employees, but parasocial and unprofessional to their clients. No system in place for support and does not take employee concerns seriously. Routinely lying to staff, clients, influencers and partners. Pays influencers really low and asks them for free posts when something they told them to do doesn’t perform well. Internally a nightmare and externally even worse. Last but not least, upper management is always disrespectful to their staff, undermining them, forcing more work for less pay, making overtime work with no overtime pay, and contributing to fake corporate quotas that the company would never hit, just to exploit entry level employees to make them feel small. Strange scare tactic.

flexible remote work, flexible hours

terrible management, micro-managing bosses, will force you to do the work for a promotion before being given it in order to "earn" the promotion. Have been known to make conditions absoutely terrible for people so that they're convinced to leave rather than have to fire them. Absolutely abysmal pay, like literal chump change. Hard work and sucess is rarely rewarded especially if bosses or higher ups feel threatened by it. No possibility of getting a raise regardless of how good your work is. Many people in management/leadership positions are so beyond incompetent it's absoutely mind blowing and it definitely has to do with nepotism. Overall a downright terrible place to work though there are some really great people who work there!
