Pros
You get to learn a lot about the music industry and influencer marketing. A lot of people has had Creed as their first job, which in my opinion is reflected in the reviews which had me quite fumbled to be honest. You get extremely flexible working hours which I appreciated a lot. HR was always there to assist, as well as my manager as soon as I needed anything.
Cons
As you work towards the U.S, sometimes there are longer work days. However, times are really flexible so it kind of works out in the end.
