Unprofessional CEO

Pros

Remote, nothing else, and it isn't enough.

Cons

they want you to work how senior developer works and pay you the money of jr developer. The ceo is unprofessional, before hiring they ask you fill so many forms, take interview like a professional job, and then just kick you out of company without giving enough time.

Pros

No positive side working in this company

Not appreciate employee's rights, and underpaid. They will haunt you during weekend, midnights, and ask you to do more than your job desc. If you make a mistake? They will cut 30% of your salary

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel that your rights were not respected at our company and that you were underpaid. However, we would like to clarify that our company did not hire any IT Programmers in Singapore around the period of time that you mention in your review. There were no vacancies for IT Programmers in Singapore at that time, which can be verified on public platforms such as Linkedin. Hence, we are unable to validate your claims. In order to clear up any misunderstandings or miscommunications that your claims may have caused, we would like to clarify some of the details about our company and its policies. First, we appreciate the hard work and dedication that our hires put in every day. We have very high standards for work that our hires are expected to deliver, no less than what is expected from a fast-growing company such as ours. Like in any company, there may be occasions when a hire may need to work overtime or take on additional responsibilities beyond their original job description in order to meet their given tasks and objectives. We will not hesitate to give them the support that they need in order to reach these goals. Usually, it's on occasion when our hires are unable to complete their work on time, or when they encounter unforeseen complications that require extended hours to resolve. Secondly, "They", in your review, may be referring to your peers who may be working with you on projects, and we are unable to comment on their individual situations or when they need to communicate with you outside of work hours. Every potential hire will be given the full details of their salary, job description and responsibilities, expected working hours. Thirdly, regarding your claims of a salary deduction of 30%, we can only comment that any penalties that may occur after careful review of the situation and documentation of multiple significant irregularities and discrepencies in work deliverables or performance. In addition, we are unable to find records that matches your specific claims, so we are not able to comment further on the matter. Fourth, your comment to "Let your staff work based on their job desc. Do not be arrogant." does not help us to understand your reasoning behind the statement. Lastly, we would like to re-iterate that the full terms and conditions of our company's employment policies are given to all potential hires before they are hired and if any hire is made, the hire would have already agreed and signed a binding contract to uphold these policies. We also always remind all potential hires to clarify any doubts or questions about our policies before agreeing and signing the employment agreement to start working with us. Should any potential hire not agree with our policies, we will not let them proceed with their application. We would assume that you have agreed to these policies if you have claimed to work as a hire with us. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We hope that this clarifies some of the points that you raised.

Hello, Thank you for your review of our company. I am sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience here. However, we do not have any records of any software engineer hires that were paid $60/month. Furthermore, our Indonesian hires are paid in IDR, and not in USD. We do provide allowances in the past for interns, as a way to help them during their university or polytechnic's unpaid internship program. Perhaps you may have been hired as an intern, and not a full-time employee. We have a full list of hires that have been employed during that period of time when you left this review and could not find any records that match your description. We would like you to clarify your experience with us regarding the "bad software, bad habits" so that we can correct the record. Thank you for your time and feedback.
