First, we appreciate the hard work and dedication that our hires put in every day. We have very high standards for work that our hires are expected to deliver, no less than what is expected from a fast-growing company such as ours.
Like in any company, there may be occasions when a hire may need to work overtime or take on additional responsibilities beyond their original job description in order to meet their given tasks and objectives. We will not hesitate to give them the support that they need in order to reach these goals.
Usually, it's on occasion when our hires are unable to complete their work on time, or when they encounter unforeseen complications that require extended hours to resolve.

Thirdly, regarding your claims of a salary deduction of 30%, we can only comment that any penalties that may occur after careful review of the situation and documentation of multiple significant irregularities and discrepencies in work deliverables or performance.
In addition, we are unable to find records that matches your specific claims, so we are not able to comment further on the matter.
Fourth, your comment to "Let your staff work based on their job desc. Do not be arrogant." does not help us to understand your reasoning behind the statement.
Lastly, we would like to re-iterate that the full terms and conditions of our company's employment policies are given to all potential hires before they are hired and if any hire is made, the hire would have already agreed and signed a binding contract to uphold these policies.
We also always remind all potential hires to clarify any doubts or questions about our policies before agreeing and signing the employment agreement to start working with us.
Should any potential hire not agree with our policies, we will not let them proceed with their application. We would assume that you have agreed to these policies if you have claimed to work as a hire with us.
